Over the next year and a half (or more?) we will document our progress as the transformation of 43 Church Street takes shape.

The project is being undertaken by Michael Fitzpatrick and Dr. Jean Keamy. The House will be used as their residence and will have an apartment for rent.

Phase I will encompass the restoration of the main house, and clear the grounds of overgrowth. Phase II will address the Barn and rear portion of the grounds.
